Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment. Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly. Foster a positive team atmosphere that encourages collaboration and creativity.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire kitchen staff. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
