We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tapas, food preparation and cooking, with an emphasis on food safety and kitchen management. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious dishes that reflect our commitment to quality and hospitality. You will play a key role in supervising kitchen staff, ensuring that all culinary operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment..
Assist in menu planning, including the selection of seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and order as necessary to maintain stock.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Experience
Tapas
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing team dynamics effectively.
A culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes that delight guests.
