Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Collaborate with management on menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure the kitchen is organised, clean, and well-maintained at all times. Provide support to team members during busy service periods.
