Your role:

Has an interest in preparing and serving food Will be driven to developing within the company and progressing into the role of grill boss Can take direction from their line manager and complete tasks in a reasonable time Can demonstrate good leadership skills and delegate tasks to the kitchen team Good at working in a busy, pressurised environment and can keep cool in any situation
Your role:

Preparing the kitchen for service, including setting up equipment, food prep, storing deliveries and any other reasonable request from your kitchen manager Communicates preparation tasks to the team Ensures the kitchen is set up and ready for service Preparing food to order and working as part of a fun and supportive team Assisting the team in closing the kitchen to the requested standard with the aid of checklists and guidance from the senior kitchen team Ensures that all compliance checks have been completed on time and reported any irregularities to the line manager
