Responsibilities

Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food preparation. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Previous experience in restaurant settings is highly desirable.
