Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet our restaurant's standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Monitor kitchen performance and address any issues that arise promptly.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams effectively.
Culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
