As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food production, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Duties

Supervise kitchen staff and manage daily operations to ensure efficient food production. Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining quality and consistency. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively. Assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality. A relevant culinary qualification is desirable but not essential.
