Chef required to run a small but busy kitchen in south shields. Must have relevant experience and be confident with stock control, ordering, menu planning, food hygiene and food safety. Must be reliable and able to lead a small team of staff. Full time position and immediate start for right candidate.

9pm finishes and food starts at 12, 7 days a week.
