Duties
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment.
Assist in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of kitchen personnel.
