Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and portion control guidelines.
Manage food inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain freshness and safety.
Implement and uphold food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor kitchen equipment for maintenance needs and report any issues promptly.
Skills
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques.
Proficient cooking skills with a keen eye for detail in presentation.
Kitchen experience preferred
Knowledge of hospitality principles to enhance guest satisfaction.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food products.
