We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team in creating exceptional culinary experiences.
The successful candidate will be co-responsible for control of the kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Duties: - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards - Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen - Manage food inventory and control costs effectively - Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen - Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent hospitality service
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a culinary role, demonstrating expertise in food production and kitchen management - Branded menu experience - Portion control experience - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team - Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently - A passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional dining experiences
