As a Chef, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency in all dishes served. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are stocked and available for service. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar culinary setting. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Demonstrated ability to manage a kitchen team effectively, with excellent supervisory skills. Experience in menu creation and understanding of culinary trends is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Pay: 13.72-14.28 per hour
