Duties

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and service excellence.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
