We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
