We are seeking a talented Chef to join our team at Angjay. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
