Summary

Billionz Lounge is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented chef to showcase their culinary expertise in Italian cuisine, premium steaks, sushi, and a variety of exquisite desserts. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and presentation, while inspiring and managing a dedicated kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the kitchen team in all aspects of food preparation and production. Ensure all dishes--including Italian specialties, steaks, sushi, and desserts--are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to create a positive and collaborative working environment. Implement and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards. Develop innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and global culinary trends. Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences. Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments to improve efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role within a busy, high-end kitchen. Strong expertise in Italian cuisine, steaks, sushi preparation, and dessert creation. Excellent leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Creativity and passion for developing new and exciting dishes. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and management.
