As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating delightful dining experiences for our guests while leading and managing kitchen staff effectively.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Support in Planning and prepare menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional culinary offerings.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Previous experience in supervising kitchen staff is highly desirable.
