Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
Ensure efficient food production and timely service.
Participate in a collaborative team environment.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning, including the development of seasonal dishes and specials.
Help monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
Experience in a commercial kitchen
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
Creative flair for menu development with an eye for presentation.
