As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional dining experiences while supervising kitchen staff and ensuring the highest standards of food production. Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Develop and prepare high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and new dish creations. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours. Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality in food preparation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety practices, and culinary techniques. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Passion for cooking with an innovative approach to menu development. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
