Job Description
The Little Bakery is looking to add another chef with baking skills to its team!
We are a family owned cafe/bakery based in South Queenferry. Currently we open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm with an all day menu running from 9am-3:30pm Monday to Thursday and until 4pm Friday to Sunday.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Food preparation and service
Monitoring stock levels and processing the orders as required
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
The correct candidate should have:
Experience
Good communication skills
Punctuality and good hygiene
Strong team working ability
Ideal candidate
To determine the ideal candidate will have both kitchen and baking skills, that combine culinary expertise with baking and pastry arts. The ideal role will leverage both skill sets, offering opportunities for creativity, precision, and potentially, business acumen.
