Shift Pattern:
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
Pay Rate: 12.21 an hour + Escalated rates over the weekend.

Job Duties
Preparing and cooking patient/ restaurant meals in our modern well-equipped kitchen.
Provide information on food service, matters including recipes and wastage information.
Planning meals and menus
Lifting and storing of heavy provisions.
Keep up to date with departmental COSHH manual and PPE requirement for each food preparation and cleaning task
Storing food correctly
Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness within the department, including personal hygiene.
What you'll need:
Relevant Chef/Cooking experience.
Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
Good communicator who can follow instructions
Allergen Awareness
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
Food Safety Level 2
