We are seeking a Chef to work along side our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with a flair for creativity and an eye for detail. Hours and pay to be discussed.a car may be necessary as it is a village location.
Duties
Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring meals are prepared to the highest standards.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Maintain high levels of hospitality, ensuring guests receive outstanding service.
Skills
Strong background in food production and preparation techniques Or willing to learn.
Excellent team management skills, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Culinary experience with a passion for cooking and creativity in dish presentation.
Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
