We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a flair for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests. As a Chef, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining the overall quality of our culinary offerings. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Develop and implement new recipes, menus, and culinary concepts that reflect current trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain stock levels. Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to maximise profitability while maintaining quality.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. A culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred but not essential for the right candidate with substantial experience.
