Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and meet the restaurant's quality standards.
