We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes and ensuring high-quality food production. The successful candidate will work 3 x 12 hour shifts to include Saturday and Sunday every week.
Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of appetising meals for all our residents, having regard to special dietary requirements.
- Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance on food preparation techniques
- Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
- Oversee kitchen operations to guarantee smooth service delivery
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and menu items
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
