Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration within the team.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events or catering services as required.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
