Summary
We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dynamic team at The Four Leaf. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cuisine while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic dishes to high standards.
Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in food production.
Oversee food preparation and presentation, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy events.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance culinary skills and teamwork.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Passion for creating memorable dining experiences with a focus on quality.
