Duties



Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration. Oversee food production processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices within the kitchen. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety, and operational procedures. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of food production techniques, culinary trends, and food safety standards. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. A genuine passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

Pay: 12.25 per hour
