We are seeking a versatile Chef to join our kitchen.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and production, with an ability to work alone and as part of a small team. As a Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the kitchen, within a small team to deliver exceptional food while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Duties
daily kitchen operations, efficient food preparation and production
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills
Proven abilities with experience in team management within a kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food preparation.
Excellent cooking skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
A background in hospitality is advantageous, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between kitchen and service staff.
