AJW Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced

Full-Time Chef

to join our in-house kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is looking to step away from the demanding shift patterns of the hospitality industry and embrace a stable, Monday to Friday role - no evenings or weekends required.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with our Head Chef to support the daily preparation and service of high-quality meals for our on-site galley, catering for up to 500 employees. In addition, you'll assist with the delivery of bespoke hospitality for senior-level meetings, C-suite events, and Chairman-hosted functions as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations Prepare fresh, high-quality food for our busy staff galley Support the planning and delivery of hospitality for high-level corporate events Ensure all food is prepared and served in line with food safety and hygiene regulations Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

About you

Previous experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or corporate catering environment Confident in preparing food at volume without compromising quality A team player with a flexible and proactive attitude Comfortable supporting occasional high-profile hospitality events Passionate about great food and customer service Relevant food hygiene certifications preferred
