Duties
Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking in the kitchen.

Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and order as necessary to prevent shortages.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.

Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment.
Qualifications
