Responsibilities

Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Assist with special events or catering as required, providing exceptional hospitality.
