Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our current team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, demonstrating exceptional cooking skills and a commitment to food safety. As a Chef, you will support our Head Chef in kitchen operations ensuring our customers receive high-quality meals in a welcoming environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting and has a flair for creativity in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Support kitchen staff, providing guidance when needed. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications while maintaining high standards of presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with our Front of House team to ensure a smooth service. Maintain an organised kitchen environment that promotes productivity and creativity.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen. Previous experience is highly desirable. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
