We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual that will work along our other chef to bring together a great dining experience.
Previous Experience working and helping to run a busy kitchen is needed, with the ability to cook a variety of food.
We serve
Breakfast 7 days a week.
Lunch 7 days a week.
Evenings meals only Friday and Saturdays.

Duties
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.
Ensure that all food is prepared safely and efficiently.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist in menu planning, including the selection of seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure availability.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve offerings.
Skills
Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices within a restaurant setting.
Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods of food preparation.
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with staff and customers.

Pay: 14.86-16.00 per hour
