We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food production and preparation, along with strong leadership skills to manage a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that not only meet but exceed our guests' expectations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production.
Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with our menu specifications.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are preferred.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
