. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety practices. As a key member of our team, you will help us deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests, ensuring each meal is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals, adhering to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in planning and preparing daily menus, ensuring variety and seasonal ingredients are included. Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment, with proper storage and handling of food items. Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal service, especially during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering when necessary. Support the training of new kitchen staff, helping them learn food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Contribute to menu development by providing feedback on dishes based on customer preferences.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. A passion for cooking and delivering high-quality meals to customers. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
