We are looking for a candidate with a proven history within a similar fast-paced environment who can display professionalism and a positive attitude towards growth and development, deliver and maintain excellence and support our senior kitchen team.
The Role:
Our chefs must demonstrate the ability to operate within a team, display creativity in our menu items and be highly organised. You must be passionate about utilising local produce and fresh ingredients and working with seafood.
Duties to include:
Completing food orders
Food preparation for service
Constructing, tweaking and costing food menu items
Portion control, controlling wastage and delivering consistent quality
Stock management and stock ordering
Completion of company H&S procedures and document auditing
Thrive and lead service within a busy kitchen and maintain standards under a pressured environment
Positively represent the company and demonstrate core values

The successful candidate would be required to work a mixture of day and evening hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
