Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, following nutritional and dietary guidelines.
Develop and adapt menus to meet the needs of service users.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the wider team to provide an excellent dining experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef (healthcare or hospitality setting desirable).
Excellent cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (willing to work towards Intermediate).
First Aid Certified.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Food Preparation or Catering.
