Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards. Oversee kitchen operations, managing staff and coordinating food production. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction. Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hospitality Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing kitchen teams Background in food production and restaurant operations Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
