Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of meals, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate kitchen processes for efficiency improvements and cost management.
Skills
Ability to work as a team effectively.
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment.
Excellent organisational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
