We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and preparation, demonstrating exceptional cooking skills and a strong understanding of food safety standards.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in kitchen work is highly desirable.
