Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals to meet the dietary needs of residents.
Ensure all food is presented to a high standard and served on time.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
Work within budget and stock control guidelines.
Collaborate with staff to plan menus and accommodate dietary requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Chef
(healthcare or hospitality setting preferred).
Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2
(willing to work towards Intermediate).
First Aid Certified
.
NVQ Level 2/3 in Food Preparation/Catering
(or equivalent).
Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for cooking and delivering excellent service.
