We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient food production. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and order as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Help manage kitchen operations during busy service periods, ensuring timely meal delivery.

Skills

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment. Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on food preparation techniques. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, fostering collaboration within the kitchen team. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
