We are now seeking a
Sous Chef
to play a key role in our kitchen team. The successful candidate will:
Support the Head Chef in leading day-to-day kitchen operations.
Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation and presentation across multiple outlets.
Contribute to menu development with a focus on seasonality, sustainability, and creativity.
Supervise, train, and motivate junior chefs, ensuring a positive and professional kitchen culture.
Oversee ordering, stock control, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Help deliver large-scale banqueting and events alongside restaurant service.
