Merge is a fast-growing B2B fintech start up that is working to remove the barriers between digital asset companies and traditional payments services. We do this through a suite of APIs that automate the full cycle of money movement from payment initiation through to reconciliation via a web application or API. We are backed by top-tier venture capital firms.

In this role, you will develop, execute and measure effective content-led B2B marketing activities, define and support Merge\xe2\x80\x99s event strategy and develop demand generation campaigns to, directly and indirectly, support business development.

The main activities include but are not limited to: LinkedIn and email marketing, CRM campaigns, content marketing, social media, website optimisation, copywriting, PR, and events. It\xe2\x80\x99s a proactive, high-energy, fast-paced environment offering a fantastic opportunity to grow

The Role

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, helping the planning and execution of a wide variety of projects and processes, involving strategy, operations, and ad hoc special projects. This role will drive results, facilitating effective and focused discussions, and ensuring efficient operations. A successful candidate needs to be able to seamlessly use internal and external data and trends to set, communicate, and execute against the company\'s go-forward strategy.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do

  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll support day-to-day operations of the CEO & COO and be a cross-functional team member
  • You will contribute to and coordinate mission-critical projects that impact Merge\xe2\x80\x99s Go-To-Market, Finance, Marketing and Product
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and coordinate marketing efforts around product launches, thought leadership, and Merge\xe2\x80\x99s events presence
  • Aid the CEO & COO in prioritization of speaking opportunities, messaging needs, decision making and progress reviews
  • Identify, foster, and highlight new business opportunities & partnerships
  • You will use data as your source of truth, effectively analyzing and reporting data points to help drive impactful decisions and support with investor updates
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be a master at conveying technical concepts in a digestible and relatable way
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting or investing, and/or demonstrated success in operations, growth, or strategy role for a high-growth start-up
  • Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve any problem and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks
  • You\'re a self-starter and excited to continuously learn and be challenged
  • Strong communication, analytical, research, presentation, and influencing skills
  • You are a phenomenal teammate and collaborator, willing to work as a team to achieve extraordinary results.
