As our business scales, we're looking for a confident, experienced and proactive Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the day-to-day operations of the company, ensure all departments are aligned, and help shape our future growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee daily operations across all departments, including supply chain, logistics, production, and customer service Manage relationships with business partners, Ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards Lead internal teams to deliver against KPIs, improve systems, and boost efficiency Work closely with the CEO and directors to implement strategic goals and expand market presence Support and optimise e-commerce operations and warehouse fulfilment Monitor financial and operational performance, and identify areas for improvement Recruit, onboard, and manage new staff as needed Ensure full legal and operational compliance in line with UK business practices

We're Looking for Someone With:

Proven experience in an operations or senior management role (ideally within consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce) Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people and processes with clarity and confidence A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly Excellent communication and organisational abilities Experience managing supply chains, logistics, and day-to-day business functions A practical understanding of UK business law, HR, and compliance processes Comfortable working in a hybrid/fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
