Chief Operating Officer (COO) @ Deal Flow (Remote, Full-Time)



About Us


Deal Flow is a B2B growth partner helping funds and operating companies win new clients, investors, and buyers. We design and run outbound campaigns, book qualified meetings, and manage pipelines so our clients can focus on closing deals.
We operate across two arms:

Marketing

- delivering consistent outbound campaigns to generate new revenue opportunities.

Capital Markets

- connecting funds with LPs, sourcing buyers, and supporting M&A processes.
Our clients range from venture-backed startups to multi-billion-dollar firms. Through this model, we've helped drive commitments from $20M to $900M and built a $2B+ qualified investor pipeline.
While this is a remote role, we're especially interested in candidates based in Europe, Latin America, and South Africa.

The Role


As COO, you'll be the engine behind Deal Flow's operations. Your job is to make sure campaigns run smoothly, systems scale with demand, and clients consistently see value. You'll design and manage the processes that keep delivery reliable and predictable, while freeing up leadership to focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities



Agency Leadership:

Oversee the full delivery function of Deal Flow, ensuring all client campaigns run smoothly and consistently deliver results.

Client Success Ownership:

Be accountable for overall client outcomes, retention, and satisfaction across the portfolio.

Strategic Operations:

Design and enforce the systems, processes, and standards that keep the agency scalable and predictable.

Commercial Accountability:

Translate performance data into insights for leadership and clients, ensuring campaigns align with client ROI expectations.

Risk Management:

Anticipate delivery or client issues before they escalate, and implement solutions at the organizational level.

Scaling & Efficiency:

Continuously refine workflows, tools, and structures to support higher client volumes and faster execution.

Qualifications



Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or operations (MBA preferred but not required). 5+ years experience in operations, service delivery, or client success leadership. Background in agencies, consulting firms, or high-growth startups preferred. Strong process-building skills and comfort working with systems and data. Track record of managing distributed teams and ensuring consistent performance. Proven ability to balance client demands with operational capacity.

Compensation



Base salary:

$5,000/month

Profit share:

Additional percentage of company profits (performance-based, details shared during interview process)
