An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Child Centred Policing Analyst in Prevention.

What you will be doing?

To be responsible for the collation and analysis of information, working under pressure and to tight deadlines, to prepare and present daily reports. To use specialist analytical training to identify and predict 'risk' and 'harm' to the Force both tactically and strategically, to include the identification of hotspots, repeat victims/offenders, crime patterns, intelligence gaps and identification of children and young people who are at risk of entering the criminal justice system, and to make effective recommendations to mitigate the threats identified. To build expertise and professional knowledge relating to specialist area, including best practice and research nationally.
