We are seeking an Associate Manager to join our team in our New Mayfield setting. The ideal candidate will assist the Manager in their absence. Ensure daily operations are fulfilled. Have excellent customer service and have a good in-depth knowledge of the minimum standards in NI
Duties
- Supervising and supporting staff members in their roles
- Running a busy room efficiently
- Ensuring planning, room routines are followed and children's observations are up to date
- Communicating effectively with both customers and team members
- Demonstrating strong time management skills
- Upholding phone etiquette standards
- Utilising leadership skills to motivate the team
Requirements
- Have gained a level 5 in childcare or currently be enrolled within the course
- Experience as a room supervisor is essential
- Strong organisational abilities are essential
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
If successful you must be willing to complete a fit person check carried out by social services prior to commencing employment
