Your Role Will Include:
Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
Supporting children's individual needs and development
Contributing to the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum
Working in partnership with parents, carers, and the team
What We're Looking For:
A
Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification
(or equivalent)
A genuine love for working with children
Good communication and teamwork skills
A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Maggies Day Nursery. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and early childhood education, ensuring that each child's developmental needs are met in a safe and engaging environment.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive and nurturing care to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development.
Monitor children's progress and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and well-being.
Collaborate with team members to create a positive nursery atmosphere.
Requirements
Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring children's safety and engagement.
Leadership qualities are a plus but not mandatory.
